High Museum Hosts FREE Family Day on Sunday
The second Sunday of every month the High Museum of Art hosts a free family fun day. Bring the kids for special events & hands-on fun.
If you haven't been to the High Museum of Art in a while with your kids (or if you've never been) this Sunday is the perfect time to visit.
Second Sunday is a FREE family event with special arts and crafts just for kids, as well as an opportunity to see the museum's permanent and special collections, all for FREE. Admission is free from 12 - 5 pm and the event lasts from 1 - 4 pm. It does get crowded as the day wears on, so plan to get there early.
There is a different theme each month. The September 10 event focuses on family trees. Discuss your family's origins while tracing the roots of the permanent collection, as the High Museum explores images of family and nature.
