From JLL: JLL’s retail group has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, an iconic and walkable six-block collection of shops and restaurants. Coleman Morris, JLL’s director of retail agency leasing, leads the team, which also includes Vice President Molly Morgan and Retail Advisor Kimberly Arturo. The team is tasked with executing developer OliverMcMillan’s vision for the destination’s 300,000 square feet of street-level retail.

“The Shops Buckhead Atlanta was the initial catalyst for the radical transformation of Buckhead Village, and we’re now embarking on its next evolution,” said JLL’s Morris. “As the neighborhood urbanizes, our team is adding more activations and redefining luxury.”

The recent metamorphosis of Buckhead Village is staggering. Since the inception of The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, more than 3,400 new residences have been added, with another 1,500 under construction. “Buckhead Village is a dynamic ecosystem where you can walk to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s, shop heritage brands and have a burger at Shake Shack, or meet friends at the St. Regis and have dinner at Le Bilboquet,” Morris continued. “Our goal with this evolution is to further immerse the six blocks within the everyday lives of its neighbors. We’re building from a great base and the next iteration will naturally unfold into something fun, useful, approachable and quintessentially Buckhead.”

The Shops Buckhead Atlanta opened in 2014 and includes iconic luxury brands such as Hermes, Dior and Tom Ford. “Luxury is about craftsmanship, ease and comfort,” said Morris. “We’re embracing a broader view, adding to our fashion base and bringing in opportunities for more of life’s little luxuries, such as enjoying time with friends on an outdoor patio, the experience of design and discovery of what’s new and fresh.”
