Nearby: Fountain Oaks Shopping Center to Have New Owner

AmREIT, Inc. announced Friday that it has entered into a binding contract to purchase the Fountain Oaks Shopping Center on Roswell Road, just north of Buckhead in Sandy Springs.

According to Fort Mills Times, the 160,000-square-foot, Kroger-anchored shopping center is 89 percent leased.

According to the article, the Houston, TX-based company plans to "fund the acquisition through its existing revolving credit facility and expects to close by the end of the second quarter 2013, subject to customary closing conditions."
