Police: Armed Man Robs Buckhead CVS

No one was injured during the incident at the store located at 3788 Roswell Road near Powers Ferry Road.

Police say a Buckhead CVS was robbed at gunpoint on Saturday as a suspect stole about $2,500 from the Powers Ferry Square shopping center store.

According to the report provided by Atlanta Police Officer Kim Jones, a lone black male entered the store and soon after ordered a cashier and manager to a back office, where he took money from a pair of safes.

A third employee also entered the room and was ordered by the gunman to sit on the floor. No one was injured during the incident at the store located at 3788 Roswell Road near Powers Ferry Road.

The suspect, who fled in an unknown direction, was described as having a brown complexion and standing about six feet tall. According to report, he was wearing black sweatpants, a black hoodie with red or orange graphic designs on the front and back, white gloves and a black mask covering half of his face.

Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000 for the arrest and indictment of the suspects.
