Restaurants Open On Christmas Day In Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA — If you just can't handle the thought of getting a turkey, ham or goose all fixed up for the family this Christmas, you're in luck. Atlanta is a great food town, and that's true 365 days out of the year.

Unlike some places, there are plenty of Christmas dinner options in the ATL, with lots of restaurants staying open to serve folks on one of the hungriest of holidays.

So, there's no need to blame the Bumpuses' hounds if you want to hit a restaurant instead of slaving away in the kitchen on Christmas. Just pick up the phone and enjoy. Just don't forget to take extra good care of the servers working hard on their holiday so you can enjoy yours.

If you're thinking in terms of something a little simpler, lots of restaurants chains with locations in and around Atlanta also will be open on Christmas. At least some locations of Bucca di Beppo, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chuck E Cheese, Denny's, Hard Rock Cafe, Huddle House, IHOP, McCormick & Schmick's, Perkin's, Ryan's, Shoney's, and ... of course ... Waffle House are scheduled to be open Dec. 25.
