Second Lenox Mall Shooting Suspect Arrested
The second suspect wanted in connection to the Dec. 21 Lenox Mall shooting was arrested Thursday.
ATLANTA, GA — A second suspect in connection to the Lenox Mall shooting in December has been arrested, reports WXIA. Seventeen-year-old Antonio Brown was arrested and charged Thursday with aggravated assault, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
The first suspect, Devonte Dean, 24, was arrested Dec. 28. Dean was also charged with aggravated assault with the intent to rob, armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
According to police, on Dec. 21 the victim Catherine Gilbert, alerted mall security that she’d been shot and robbed while walking to her car. Gilbert, a Macy's employee, told police that when she refused to give up her keys and other personal items, the two men shot her and ran.

A witness called 911 after she saw the shooting happen, which occurred in broad daylight.
