Tennessee Man Shot, Killed Over Parking At Lenox Square: Police
A man was shot in the head and died Sunday after getting into an argument over a parking spot at Lenox Square, said Atlanta police.

ATLANTA, GA — The man who was shot and killed Sunday evening at Lenox Square has been identified by police. According to investigators Tuesday, 31-year-old Thuan Nguyen, of Antioch, Tennessee was involved in a dispute over a parking space outside the Cheesecake Factory.
Both groups went into the mall, but started arguing later when they came back to the parking lot. According to police, that’s when someone pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the head. The victim was found on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head by off duty officers working in the mall.
The four suspects got into a vehicle, attempting to drive away, but crashed while still in the parking lot. They then ran from the scene. An off-duty Cobb County officer detained one person, who was later released Monday when authorities determined he wasn’t the shooter.
