Volunteers Clean Up Cemetery

Fifty-five volunteers removed leaves, picked up sticks, cut down unwanted bushes and planted flowers at New Hope AME Church.

Fifty-five volunteers from Buckhead Heritage, Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and New Hope AME Church participated in a cemetery cleanup day at New Hope. Located on Arden Road, New Hope is the oldest African American church in Buckhead. The volunteers removed leaves, picked up sticks, cut down unwanted bushes and planted flowers.
