As of Thursday, July 1, 2021, MAKO Medical will move its Cherokee County COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing operations from Woodstock First Baptist Church to Action Church at 271 Marietta Road, Canton, GA 30114. Free COVID-19 Testing is offered at MAKO Medical drive-thru sites in North Georgia through a partnership with the Georgia Department of Public Health. This arrangement was established early this year when local county public health departments shifted limited resources and personnel from COVID-19 testing to administering vaccine for the virus as soon as it became available. The other MAKO Medical drive-thru site for COVID-19 testing in North Georgia is in Whitfield County at Edwards Park, 115 Edwards Park Entrance, Dalton, GA 30721. Hours for both locations are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM. There are no eligibility requirements for Free COVID-19 Testing at a MAKO Medical site; however, online registration is strongly recommended at https://mako.exchange/splash/GAmakotesting/
