Cindy Myles Lucas, 43, Car Accident Victim Was Loving Wife, Mother

Cindy Myles Lucas, 43, of Woodstock passed away Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Northside Hospital-Cherokee. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a member of Norris Road Church of Christ in Memphis, TN., a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and a lifetime member of the NAACP.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015, at Hickory Flat United Methodist Church with Pastor Tommy Mann officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at Hickory Flat United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by grandfather Talbert Myles. Survivors include husband Mark S. Lucas, Woodstock; son Dillon Lucas, Woodstock; son Peyton Lucas, Woodstock; father James Myles, Memphis, Tenn.; mother Frankie Myles, Memphis, Tenn.; grandmother Earlene Myles, Memphis, Tenn.; brotherTerrance (Cassandra) Myles, Decatur; father-in-law and mother-in-law Mr. & Mrs. Earl Lucas, Mound Bayou, Miss; brothers and sisters-in-law Eric (Verna) Lucas, Ocean Springs, S.C.; Vicki Lucas, Birmingham, Ala.; Carla (Alan) Wiley, Atlanta.; Tina (Rodney) Glass, Atlanta.; and Kendric (Venesha) Lucas, Atlanta.
