• Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster and must be cleaned up.
• Floors, walls and ceiling in need of repair. The manager must make repairs to the facility.
• Outdoor enclosure not providing protection from rodents or bugs and must be corrected.

Observed wet towels improperly stored in the handwashing sink. The manager corrected and relocated towels to the laundry for cleaning. Corrected On-Site.
