The Cherokee County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections Aug. 12-19 at the following establishments:

• Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed garlic and oil, sliced tomatoes and chicken at a improper temperature and must cold hold PHF at or below 41 degrees F. The manager corrected and relocated food to walk in cooler for a quick cool down. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed meat balls in sauce improperly hot holding at 127 degrees F. The manager must ensure that all hot holding PHS food holds at or above 135 degrees F. The manager corrected and reheated meat sauce above 165 degrees F. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed cutting boards scored and stained and must be smooth and clean.
• Observed floor and wall cove base in poor repair and must keep facility in good repair.
• Must store equipment 6 inches off the floor for cleaning and pest control.
