• Observed no hand washing at the required times. Observed improper handwashing techniques when asked employees to wash their hands. The manager corrected and dishwasher and food handlers educated on when, where and how to properly wash their hands and turning off the water knobs with the paper towel. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed steak improperly stored above the cooling line in the flip top cooler and improperly stored above 41 degrees. Observed pepperoni and sausage improperly cold holding above 41 degrees F. in the flip top make station cooler. The manager corrected and relocated food to another cooler holding 41 degrees F. Corrected On-Site
• Current restaurant name not valid and must contact this office for name change of establishment.
• Observed dishes and cups improperly toweled dried, and they must air dry before storage.
