Johns Creek City Council Meeting

The Johns Creek City Council will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

A number of action items are on the agenda including:

• Recognition of Eagle Scout Charlie Xiao of Troop 3143
• Consider approving  a bid award of $282,900 for Morton Road Sidewalk improvements.

• Amend zoning map to allow for an automated car wash and delete 25 foot side buffers and 10 foot improvement setbacks.
• Amend zoning map to allow for single family homes, townhomes and commercial space and reduce buffers.
• Amend zoning map to allow a driveway on the 10900 block of Bell Road for a future funeral home on adjacent property.
• Amend zoning map to allow Good News Atlanta Church, located on the 10800 block of Bell Road and 11000 block of Rogers Circle - to build a multi-purpose building.
