Here are the November numbers:
6,872 -Β Total calls for service
87 -Β Total arrestsΒ
27 -Β Total car break-insΒ
13 -Β Total burglariesΒ
19 -Β DUIsΒ
190 -Β Traffic accidents
Top 5 intersections for accidents:
1.Β Medlock Bridge & State Bridge (13)Β
2.Β Jones Bridge & State Bridge (12)Β
3.Β Medlock Bridge & Old AlabamaΒ (6)Β
4.Β Medlock Bridge and Medlock CrossingΒ (5)Β
5.Β Medlock Bridge & Hospital Parkway (5)
Most accidents were caused by following too closely and occurred on Thursday evenings (4-6 p.m.) in clear weather. 26% reported injuries; there were no fatalities.
Burglaries (13):Β Feather Sound Court, Timberstone Road, River Ferry Drive, Merganser Lane, Cralyn Court, Brumbelow Crossing Way, Barsham Way, Wheeler Peak Way, Ridge Hill Drive, Wellsley Road, S. Falcon Bluff, River Trace Drive, Glen Ferry Drive.
