"Civil War Spies" Course

New course starting at KSU's College of Continuing and Professional Education on May 1, with instructor Michael K. Shaffer.

This four-week course, with instructor Michael K. Shaffer, will explore the various methods used, North and South, in deploying spies to gather intelligence during the Civil War. Men and women served as spies, and secret socities formed, as the combatants sought to gain a military advantage.
