Joella’s Hot Chicken Opens Second Georgia Location In Kennesaw

KENNESAW, GA — Joella’s Hot Chicken, a Louisville-based, fast-casual restaurant featuring hot chicken and made-from-scratch sides, opened its second Georgia location on Wednesday, Oct. 2, in Kennesaw at 840 Ernest W Barrett Parkway NW, minutes from Kennesaw State University’s campus. The made-fresh-daily menu includes Joella’s Jumbo Tenders, Big Wings and fan-favorite Southern Sides including Creamy Mac & Cheese, Parm Garlic Fries, and Kale Crunch Salad.

Following the Grand Opening, Joella’s will feature daily specials, including:

Occupying 1,312 square feet, Joella’s Kennesaw location will offer a large indoor dining space complete with comfortable booths and access to TVs throughout. The Kennesaw location will also feature a drive thru, providing added convenience for those on-the-go.

This is the 11th location to open for the popular Louisville-based fast casual dining chain, with plans to open two additional locations throughout Georgia (Woodstock and Newnan), as well as two more locations in Florida this fall. Joella’s will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Joella’s Hot Chicken is made from 100 percent all-natural, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken and comes in six unique heat levels: Southern (no heat), Spiked Honey (sweet & mild), Ella’s Fav (flavor with a little heat), Tweener (medium heat), Hot (fiery heat) and our waiver-worthy Fire-In Da-Hole. Guests will enjoy made-from-scratch Southern Sides such as Creamy Mac & Cheese, Sweet Vinegar Slaw, Parm Garlic Fries and Kale Crunch Salad. Guests can have some sweet with their heat with Banana Puddin’, Pie-In A-Jar and Nutella© Poppers. For a limited-time this fall, Pumpkin Pie-In A-Jar will also be served. Joella’s proudly serves Boylan craft soda in addition to a local craft beer selection.
