Kennesaw Race to Benefit Wounded Warriors
The run is part of the Kennesaw Grand Prix series.

The 4th annual Run for Wounded Heroes, which benefits the Wounded Warrior Project, is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 3.
There will be 1-mile fun run at 7:30 a.m. and 5K race at 8 a.m. The fun run will start in front of Kennesaw First Baptist Church, continue north on Main Street to the designated turnaround point and end in front of Eaton Chiropractic in downtown Kennesaw.
The race will start in front of Kennesaw First Baptist Church and continue north on Main street to Swift-Cantrell Park. From there, participants will go along the park running path, come out on Main Street, run south to downtown Kennesaw and end in front of Eaton Chiropractic.
The run is part of the Kennesaw Grand Prix series, which runs from May 11 until Dec. 14. It includes the Swift-Cantrell Classic 5K in May, the Dream Dash 5K in June, the Run for Wounded Heros in August, the Great Locomotive Race 5K in September, the Garden Gallop in November and the Faith Cline Elf Trot 5K in December.
