KSU Football Schedule Released

The Owls will have six home games and five road games during their inaugural campaign after finding an opponent for a September date.

The Kennesaw State University Owls will play a full home schedule, after all.

According to AthlonSports, the new football program will have a full slate of six home games after scheduling a Sept. 19 contest against Shorter University. The school was originally planning on playing against Paine College, but that school suspended its football program, AthlonSports says.

The Owls’ first-ever football season will begin on Sept. 3 with a game against East Tennessee State. The first home game is Sept. 12, while the first clash between Big South Conference opponents will come on Oct. 17, when the Owls take on Gardner-Webb.
