Local Kennesaw resident to compete in World Roller Games 2019
Matt Bartlett of Kennesaw chosen by USA Olympic Committee to be 1 of 3 delegates to represent the USA in the World Roller Games 2019

Kennesaw resident Matt Bartlett has been selected as 1 of 3 delegates to represent the United States at the World Roller Games 2019 in Barcelona, Spain this summer. He will be competing as a member of the USA Luge Skateboarding team. This has been a passion of his since he was 13 years old. Being selected to represent the U.S. is a dream come true.
This event is a precursor to adding downhill skateboarding and luging as events in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Matt is hopeful to be an Olympic competitor. Matt has championed many young skaters and lugers over the years and is very well respected both nationally and internationally in the downhill skating community.
Matt is married to Brooklyn, together they have 2 little boys, Corbin-4 & Brody-1. Matt is Operations Manager/ Vice President of Sales for Kastle Lake Kitchen and Bath in Acworth, Georgia. Brooklyn is a teacher at Kennesaw Mountain High School.
