Kenneth I. Miles, age 69, of Kennesaw passed away Friday, October 30, 2015.
A husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Miles was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked in maintenance for JC Penny’s for many years until retiring from Cobb County Board of Education.
He was a very determined man who could accomplish anything that he set his mind to. He didn’t let anything slow him down as his family could attest to as he painted the neighbor’s house with a cast on his foot.
Mr. Miles is survived by his wife, Pamela Miles of Kennesaw; daughter, Misty Golden and her husband, John; son, Wesley Miles of Kennesaw; grandson, Nicholas Golden of Marietta; and granddaughter, Angela Golden of Marietta.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM at Piedmont Road Church of Christ with Preacher Neil Richey officiating. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton at 2:30 PM (Please arrive by 2:15 PM if attending).
