Thomas “Jake” Chastain, age 25, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away August 28th, 2015.
He was a graduate of Kennesaw Mountain High School. He is preceded by his father, Bobby Joe Chastain. Survivors include his mother, Pamela Chastain; two brothers, Joey Chastain and Justin Rucker; grandmothers, Barbara Rucker and Mildred Chastain; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, GA. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
