Organization Helps Kids Play the Sports They Love
Dave Krache Foundation Donates $1600 of New Sports Equipment to Mountain Top Boys Home

The Dave Krache Foundation, a metro Atlanta nonprofit that helps pay fees for kids who want to play sports, has donated new softball equipment to the Mountain Top Boys Home.
“Our boys were saying they want to play ball, but we didn’t have bats, gloves and balls for them to do that,” said Donnis Steele, Executive Director of the Mountain Top Boys Home. “We can’t wait to surprise them with this wonderful donation.”
“This is what the Dave Krache Foundation is all about,” said organization President Donna Krache. “We’re happy to facilitate a way for these kids to play sports. That’s our mission.”

When they heard about this need, Dave Krache Foundation Board members voted unanimously to dedicate the funds to softball equipment for the boys home. A few members went shopping to use the funds to purchase gloves, bats, balls, bases and scorekeeping clipboards, to give the boys everything they need to enjoy playing.
Mountain Top Boys Home is a non-profit residential home for boys located in Sugar Valley, Georgia. It has been in operation since the 1970s, when it was launched as one of the early community outreach projects of MUST Ministries.
