Peeping Tom Arrested At Town Center Mall

Police said Juan Carlos Hernandez has admitted to using a mirror and a Samsung cell phone to record women in a retailer's dressing room.

KENNESAW, GA --A Peeping Tom has been arrested at Town Center Mall after a store employee caught the man using a mirror and a camera to record women in the store's dressing room. According to Cobb County police, Juan Carlos Hernandez has admitted to the charges, including a felony charge for being in possession of tools used in a crime.

The arrest happened last Thursday, when an employee and a parent at Forever 21 told police they found Hernandez recording women as they changed clothes.

The parent first spotted Hernandez filming her daughter and then told the employee, who called police. Officers secured the equipment and then arrested Hernandez, who has been charged with felony Peeping Tom.
