Police Seek to Identify Kennesaw Jewelry Store Thief
The man reportedly apologized to clerks before running off with two expensive pieces he had asked to see.

Kennesaw police are requesting help from the community to locate a theft suspect who swiped a few expensive pieces of jewelry from a Kennesaw store.
According to police, the suspect entered the Prospectors Pouch store at 2850 North Cobb Parkway on May 28 and asked to see an unmounted diamond ring and a sapphire ring. After apologizing to the salesperson, the suspect reportedly fled from the business with both items.
Police say he was last seen in the area of Jiles Road and Cobb Parkway.

The man is described as a bald, white male between 5'9 and 6'1 in his early to mid-30s. At the time of the incident he was wearing a light blue shirt and dark pants. Police have released security camera photos from inside the store.
Anyone who thinks they may have any information on the case is asked to call 404-577-8477 (TIPS), and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
