Arson Blamed For Roswell Apartment Complex Fire, Suspect Wanted
The Roswell Police Department is looking for Perry Aubuchon, a homeless man facing multiple charges, including arson.

ROSWELL, GA — The Roswell Police Department said Thursday's apartment complex fire complex in Roswell that displaced dozens of residents was the result of arson.
Police are now on the lookout for Perry Aubuchon, a homeless man accused of starting the fire at the Creekside at Holcomb Bridge Apartments, which is located at 923 Creekside Way in Roswell.
According to police, Aubuchon faces multiples charges, including 10 counts of first-degree arson, 10 counts of first-degree criminal damage to property, 17 counts of aggravated assault, four counts first-degree cruelty to children and two counts of cruelty to animals.

On Thursday, police said Aubuchon got into an argument with residents of an apartment located in the No. 10 building on Creekside Way.
During the dispute while in the breezeway, police said Aubuchon yelled a threat and then used a suspected ignitable fluid in an "incendiary manner," causing the building to catch on fire.

At least 25 apartment units were damaged by the fire, Red Cross officials said. Volunteers assisted more than 40 people displaced by the fire.

Police said Aubuchon is a known drug user with an extensive criminal record.
He's described as a white man, weighing approximately 195 pounds and 5'10" in height.
