Christmas Tree Farms In The Roswell Area: Your 2020 Guide
Despite the pandemic, it might still be possible to safely find your ideal Christmas tree this year near Roswell.
Roswell, GA — As the COVID-19 pandemic threatens a long list of 2020’s quintessential holiday traditions, it may still be possible to find the right Christmas tree for your family this year — and do it safely.
At least 25 million real Christmas trees are purchased each year across America, and currently, 350 million are growing in all 50 U.S. states. And during this unprecedented year, Christmas tree lots and choose-and-cut farms nationwide are taking precautions amid the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure buyers can select their favorite tree with minimal risk to their family's health and safety.
In fact, the National Christmas Tree Association has circulated a special guide full of recommendations and best practices for Christmas tree sellers to follow, including frequently sanitizing items such as hand saws and tree cart handles, as well as countertops, restrooms and other areas. Maximum head counts and touchless, paperless payment systems are also being encouraged.

"We highly encourage growers to use these recommendations to develop strategies to protect their workers and customers," the association said in its guide, and "wholesale growers should share the recommendations for tree lots with their customers.
