Fulton Schools Make Decision On Dec. 11 Classes
Icy road conditions remain widespread in areas of Fulton County.
ATLANTA, GA -- Fulton County students will have a day off from school on Monday due to the winter storm that moved through the area Friday and early Saturday. The district said it will be closed Dec. 11 due to "persistent icy road conditions in areas of Fulton County."
However, only employees who work 220-day, 225-day and 235-day calendars must report at their regular times, as road conditions permit. All other employees do not have to report to work. Workday calendars of employees are posted here.
Students, faculty, staff, parents and guardians are encouraged to stay tuned to local news outlets such as Patch, the school system's Twitter and Facebook feeds and the system's website for any change in information.
