ROSWELL, GA — Due to forecasted inclement weather associated with Hurricane Zeta, Roswell city offices and facilities will be closed on Thursday.

According to the National Weather Service, flooding rains and strong winds are expected to affect the area starting late Wednesday/early Thursday.

Roswell emergency management is urging residents you to stay off roads tomorrow to minimize any risk to themselves and other drivers.

Roswell Department of Transportation, Roswell Fire Department, Roswell Police Department and all other public/emergency services will be working around the clock to monitor conditions and to respond to emergency situations.

Municipal Court

Roswell Municipal Court is closed through the end of the week and will open again next week.

Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs

City of Roswell Recreation and Parks’ facilities will be closed, and all programs and activities scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29, are cancelled.
