Jared Russel Haden, 31, Passes Away After Battle With Brain Cancer
Haden worked as a field sales engineer and enjoyed playing guitar for Waumba Land at North Point Community Church.

Jared Russell Haden, 31, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away on March 17, 2015 after a valiant 6 year battle with brain cancer. Â The memorial service will be held at North Point Community Church at 4250 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA.
Jared was born on September 17, 1983, in Huntsville, Alabama. Jared attended Grissom High School before continuing on to receive a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering and biology from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Jared worked as a field sales engineer for Henkel. He enjoyed playing guitar for Waumba Land at North Point Community Church, spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, and living life the absolute fullest. He was also the founding member of the Birmingham Habitat for Humanity organization, as well as many leadership organizations and roles within the Birmingham, Raleigh and Atlanta communities.
Jared is survived by his wife Janet, 2 sons, Coleman Haden and Carter Haden; daughter Emerson Haden; parents Kim and Russell Haden; paternal grandmother Berniece Haden; maternal grandfather Charles Penley; maternal grandmother Anne Penley; brother Daniel Haden (Terry); sister Jordan Little (Ryan); and loving family and friends. Jared is preceded in death by his grandfather Arlis Haden.

The family wishes to thank all of those who have been on their journey with them over the past 6 years. Jared will forever be a superhero in the hearts and minds of those who knew him and his inspirational story of faith, love, and perseverance when challenged with adversity.
