In Memory: Brian Thomas Farnsworth, 61

The Roswell resident, who died on Monday, Jan. 25, donated his time with Just People, a group catering to adults with special needs.

Brian Thomas Farnsworth, son of Herbert and Kathleen Farnsworth, died Jan. 25, 2016, at the age of 61.

Brian, a great athlete in his youth, had an encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He also had a crazy sense of humor, featured in numerous birthday and greeting cards, emails and phone calls over the years.

Recently, he enjoyed his time with Just People, an organization for high-functioning adults with developmental disabilities.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Richard G. and Anne Farnsworth and their children: Daniel, Claire Wildman, Sarah, and Patrick; and by his brother, David. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Florence L. Farnsworth and Anne G. Farnsworth. Sign online guestbook at www.fischerfuneralcare.com.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12 at Christ the King Cathedral, 2699 Peachtree Road, Atlanta GA 30305. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation in Brian’s memory to Just People, Inc., 1420 Oakbrook Dr., Norcross, GA 30093.
