North Georgia Art Ramble Returns to Roswell

The Roswell Clay Collective and Cowgirl Studios are taking part in the Dec. 7-8 event.

Two stops in Roswell will be included in the 2nd annual North Georgia Art Ramble, a free, self-guided tour of 44 studios and galleries in 14 towns and cities.

The Ramble will take place Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7-8; a pre-Ramble party is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 6, at the Cherokee Arts Center in Canton.

The Roswell Clay Collective (at Roswell Art Center West, 1355 Woodstock Road) will be having its holiday sale. Cowgirl Studios (31 Oak Street, Suite B), will have four artists on hand to demonstrate techniques and talk about their work.

They will be among the 70 artists taking part in the Ramble, which has stops in Calhoun, Cartersville, Woodstock, Waleska, Canton, Ball Ground, Jasper, Marble Hill, Dawsonville, Cumming, Buford, Johns Creek and Duluth.

The Ramble will be open each day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; see the attached brochure for venue details and a map.

The Cherokee Arts Center will hold a month-long Ramble exhibit. Opening the 6th of December and running through the month, all artists participating in the Ramble will have a sample piece of their work on display and for sale at this exhibit.
