ROSWELL ARTS FUND ANNOUNCES NEW ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Roswell Arts Fund is delighted to announce the membership of the newly established Roswell Arts Fund Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board will provide advocacy and strategic guidance in support of Roswell Arts Fund’s mission to integrate the arts into the social and economic fabric that uniquely defines Roswell’s sense of place. Our vision is for the City of Roswell to be a destination for the arts, a regional leader that embodies how public and performance art ignite, inspire, and impact our communities.

Members include Debra Ewing, Alex Paulson, Nancy Diamond, Lisa Steinmetz Morchower, Randy Schultz, Kate Baar, and Rochelle Mucha. Each bring a strong passion for the arts, extensive business experience, and a commitment to strengthening Roswell’s economic and social vibrancy, creating a city that is a magnet for investment, entrepreneurs, residents, and visitors.

  • Debra Ewing most recently served as the Business Development and Outreach Coordinator for Roswell Inc. and is currently concluding a fifteen-year Chairmanship of the City of Roswell’s Recreation and Parks Commission where her leadership contributed to the Nationally Accredited Recreation and Parks Department recognition.
  • Alex Paulson is co-founder of award-winning Roswell based Randall-Paulson Architects, and formerly served on the Roswell Historic District Preservation Commission, Merchants Association, Branding Creative Committee, and Strategic Economic Plan Committee, Currently he is a member of Roswell CVB, Roswell NEXT and supports several local nonprofit organizations.
  • Nancy Diamond is a long-time Roswell resident, community-focused entrepreneur, frequent nonprofit Board member and former City Council member where amongst many powerful initiatives she helped champion the arts movement.
  • Lisa Steinmetz Morchower is an attorney with Berman Fink Van Horn P.C., Her practice concentrates on state and local government law to include hospitality, zoning, licensing and permitting. She is an avid arts patron and enthusiast.

    “As the Mother of two artists, one who recently earned a BFA in Musical Theater from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA, and one who is currently pursuing a degree in Visual Arts at Kennesaw State University, I am deeply honored to have been appointed to this incredible group of people who each have strong connections to the City of Roswell. I look forward to serving as a member of the Roswell Arts Fund Advisory Board and hope to utilize my passion for the arts to work with the Arts Fund to help it continue to support the arts and strengthen the positive impact that art has within the Roswell community.”

    • Randy Schultz is Managing Director of Specialized Industries of Cadence Bank, N.A. and Executive Vice President of Cadence Bancorporation succeeding a long tenure in financial services principally in commercial, corporate, and investment banking. Randy was President of the Downtown Development Authority and also helped create the Historic Roswell Beautification Project. Randy is a demonstrated arts advocate and collector.
    • Kate Baar is a results-driven B2B Marketing leader with experience in marketing strategy to branding to demand generation. She is a 20-year Roswell resident, an amateur artist, and has been a volunteer with Roswell Arts Fund for several years.
    • Rochelle Mucha is founder of Roswell Arts Fund and served as Board Chair from 2014-2018. She is a Consultant, Speaker, Educator, and Author with expertise in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.

    Collectively, the Roswell Advisory Board bring a new thrust of energy, experience, and resolve to advancing public and performance art in the City of Roswell.
