Roswell To Host Charrette For City's Historic District
Residents are invited to an upcoming two-day community meeting to cover the master plan for Roswell's historic district.

ROSWELL, GA – The City of Roswell and its consultant, Tunnell-Spangler & Associates Inc. (TSW Design), will host a Historic District Master Plan charrette on Nov. 27 and Nov. 28 at Roswell City Hall. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
The two-day charrette will take place on a walk-in basis and will include interactive sessions, a public kick-off meeting, input activities and more. The city hall is at 38 Hill St.
A charrette is a community-focused meeting where citizens, property owners, stakeholders, designers and others collaborate on a vision for an area. It provides a forum for ideas and allows every stakeholder to participate in the plan.

The charrette for the Historic District Master Plan will bring together property owners, business owners, citizens and stakeholders who have an interest and desire in the preservation of Roswell's historic district, with the purpose of developing a common vision and strategy.

Tuesday, Nov. 27:
- 1-3 p.m. Afternoon Interactive Session
- 3-5 p.m. Afternoon Interactive Session
- 7 p.m. Public Kick-off Meeting (two hours) with Visual Preference Survey & Analysis Findings, Presentation, Input Activities
Wednesday, Nov. 28:
- 1-3 p.m. Afternoon Interactive Session
- 7 p.m. Public Presentation (two hours) of Initial Ideas with Input Activities
