Roswell Hosting Realtors And Property Managers Virtual Workshop

ROSWELL, GA — Realtors and property managers working in Roswell are invited to a free virtual workshop at 10 a.m. on Feb. 10. This workshop will include detailed information that affects residential real estate.

This is an opportunity to hear directly from the City of Roswell's experts on permitting, code enforcement and utilities. Topics to be discussed include:

• When permitting is required for projects and improvements
• Ordinances that realtors, managers, and potential buyers should be aware of
• How to set up city services
• Resources and beneficial programs available to homeowners
