Roswell Offers Holiday Toy Safe-Play Areas
Families can bring bikes, scooters, skateboards, remote-control vehicles, and other toys that require safe, open spaces.

From the City of Roswell: Is your child going to be unwrapping a new bike, scooter, or skates this holiday season? Need a safe place to try out the new present? The Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department will, once again, be setting up Holiday Toy Safe-Play Areas in four City of Roswell parks.
Specially barricaded areas in parking lots will be available from Dec. 25, 2017, through Jan. 7, 2018, in these parks:
- Roswell Area Park, 10495 Woodstock Road, parking lot by the football/multi-use fields
- East Roswell Park, 9000 Fouts Road, parking lot by the sprayground
- Groveway Community Park, 160 Dobbs Drive, parking lot by the playground
- Hembree Park, 850 Hembree Road, parking lot by the playground
- Waller Park Recreation Center, 250 Oak Street, parking lot by the restrooms and concession stands
Families can bring bikes, scooters, skateboards, remote-control vehicles, and other toys that require safe, open spaces.
