Roswell Police Investigate Domestic Stabbing

A Roswell woman is undergoing surgery and a man is being treated for poison ingestion following a domestic dispute this morning, Roswell Police said. 

Roswell Police Public Information Officer Lisa Holland said the unidentified adults are the parents of three children at an apartment in the 200 block of Legacy Oaks Circle. 

Police said the oldest of the children, a 16-year-old, ran to a neighbor's house around 6:20 a.m. 

Holland said that when police arrived at the apartment, they found a woman who had been stabbed and a man who was unconscious. The adults were taken to North Fulton Hospital, she said. 

The couple's children, which also include a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old, were not harmed, Holland said, and they are staying with a relative.
