Roswell Roots Festival Returns Recognizing Black History Month
Roswell is hosting the 20th Annual Roswell Roots Festival throughout the month of February in recognition of National Black History Month.
ROSWELL, GA — The City of Roswell is hosting the 20th Annual Roswell Roots Festival throughout the month of February in recognition of National Black History Month. This year, there will be a variety of virtual, in-person, and live-streamed events, including a speaker series, art exhibits and historical programs.
Roswell Roots: A Festival of Black History and Culture is one of the largest and most comprehensive celebrations of Black history and culture in the southeast. This community-wide festival helps strengthen community ties and helps celebrate Roswell’s diverse culture both past and present.
Roswell Roots is hosted by the Roots Committee and the Cultural Services Division of the City of Roswell’s Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department. Follow @RoswellRecandParks on social media for more information or visit online.
