Healthy Deli Kitchen Apron + Ladle Coming To Sandy Springs
Apron + Ladle will offer a healthy breakfast and lunch concept in City Walk, and opens Thursday to the public.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The sibling team of Nik Panagopoulos and Artie Antoniades (formerly of Tin Can Fish House, Teela Taqueria and Fishmonger Seafood Grill) are back in Sandy Springs; this time featuring a healthy breakfast and lunch concept aptly named, Apron + Ladle.
Adding to their management team is Executive Chef Hoyt Williams, the former Owner and Head Baker of Artisan Foods Bakery and Café in historic Roswell. He was also Head Baker at Eatzi’s Buckhead and Jolie Kobe Bakery and Café in Sandy Springs, boasting recognition by both press and patrons.
Apron and Ladle will be opening their doors Sept. 12 in City Walk located in the heart Sandy Springs, 227 Sandy Springs Place, Suite 506.

With Chef Williams at the helm in the kitchen, the emphasis for breakfast will be on a small but exclusive variety of freshly baked breakfast filled biscuits such as: Fried Chicken Benedict, Avocado, Pecan Smoked Bacon and Fried Green Tomato; in addition to fresh pastries including, whole wheat croissants.
Lunch will feature a large variety of healthy, chef-created sandwiches including: Curried chicken salad, grilled salmon wrap with avocado aioli and deli choices of loaded hot pastrami and rye. Salads and soups will offer fresh, seasonal choices. The children’s menu has also been crafted with thought and an emphasis on healthy choices.

With input from top interior design group, Sims Patrick Studio, the space has been transformed into an attractive, contemporary yet inviting dining spot with warm teal walls and modern accents.
Diners entering Apron + Ladle will be greeted by the whiff of freshly brewed Italian Illy coffee and seasoned baristas ready to serve a wide variety of coffee styles prepared at the coffee bar.
Apron + Ladle will offer the best of both worlds: A sit down, full-service experience in the main dining room; with a counter service option in the adjacent room for those in a hurry, or who prefer a more casual setting with complimentary Wi-Fi and internet connection.
Apron + Ladle will be open Monday through Friday serving breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
