Mayoral and City Council Candidate Forum to be Held in October
The forum for candidates in Sandy Springs municipal election is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Atlanta-Fulton County and Leadership Sandy Springs.

A Sandy Springs candidate forum for Mayoral and City Council races will be held next month.
The forum is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Atlanta-Fulton County and Leadership Sandy Springs.
“This occasion gives people the perfect time to hear the issues and make decisions that are right for them,” said Carolyn Axt, executive director of LSS, in the announcement.

The event will be held from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8 at North Springs High School’s Auditorium, 7447 Roswell Road. A meet and greet will be held at 6:30 p.m. Literature on candidate’s positions will also be available.

The public is encouraged to submit questions to the candidates prior to the forum by emailing them to memberprograms@leadershipsandysprings.org. Cards also will be available at the event to submit questions for the moderator to ask the candidates.
