MJCCA has Sports, Theater, Jewish Earth Day Activities and More Coming Up
Nearby Sandy Springs: Activities are planned at the Dunwoody center and around metro Atlanta.

Wintertime youth sports registration is under way at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta. Â Swimming, dance, gymnastics and tennis activities planned this month. Baseball, girls soccer, boys basketball and triathlon events are scheduled for February. Â

- Family Musical:Â "Peter Pan and Wendy"Â

Details: Recommended for ages 3 and over. Presented by Synchronicity Performance Group and based on the classic Peter Pan story. In this musical, Peter Pan’s not the only one who won’t grow up. Wendy’s having trouble coming to terms with moving out of her childhood room and putting on adult clothes. She wants to play. Wendy’s life gets sprinkled with a little pixie dust when the daring Peter Pan comes along to whisk her away to the magical island of Neverland where children never grow up.

- Lunch ‘N Learn Featuring Rabbi Fred Greene

Details: All are invited to join Rabbi Fred Greene from Temple Beth Tikvah (Reform) for a lively class and discussion at the MJCCA. - A Taste of Tu B'shvat
