Sandy Springs Easter Egg Hunt Set For Saturday

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Children and their caretakers will soon descend onto Hammond Park for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

Sponsored by the North Perimeter Optimist Club, the vent will be held on Saturday, March 19 in Sandy Springs.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Hammond Park Turf Field. Registration opens at 10 a.m., and egg hunting times are scheduled to take place in the following order:

- 10:30 a.m. for children ages 1-3;
- 11 a.m. for children ages 4-6; and
- 11:30 a.m. for children ages 7-9.
The event is co-sponsored by the Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Department. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to Saturday, March 26.
