Three Dog Night Coming To Sandy Springs

Tickets are now on sale for the April 5 show that will be held at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Legendary American rock band Three Dog Night will bring its most popular hits to Sandy Springs.

The band will perform Friday, April 5 in Byers Theatre at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center. According to its website, Three Dog Nights has "some of the most astonishing statistics in popular music.

In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group achieved more top 10 hits, moved more records, or sold more concert tickets than Three Dog Night, the site notes. Its impact on current pop culture is apparent, as its songs continue to be heard on the radio and appear in television commercials and in movies.

Three Dog Night can claim 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, including 3 No. 1 singles, 11 Top 10 hits, 18 straight Top 20s, 7 million-selling singles and 12 straight certified gold albums. Its record sales go beyond the U.S., as they are popular in Japan, Canada, Holland, England, Germany, Spain and elsewhere. Tens of millions of their records have been sold through the years, the band's website boasts.
