Woodland STEM Teachers Get Skilled in Underwater Robotics

The skills that were learned during the build benefit Woodland's underwater SeaPerch program that was recently awarded to the Sandy Springs school.

Last week, several Woodland Elementary STEM teachers participated in a SeaPerch underwater robotics build hosted by Chief William Riley at the Marietta Center for Advanced Academics.

The teachers along with Woodland’s STEM parent liaison, Gina Gill, worked collaboratively to build several underwater robots to be used in MCAA’s SeaPerch program with students.
