Wounded Suspect Moved to Jail Following Aggravated Assault Charge on Officers

Collin Lee Daves was moved from Saint Joseph’s Hospital to the Fulton County Jail late TuesdayNight.

Daves was at the wheel of a stolen car, Monday night, during an attempt to elude police at the Prado Shopping Center. As he attempted to flee, Daves struck at least two police vehicles and almost hit an officer. The officer fired his weapon at the oncoming car. 

Daves fled his vehicle and later showed up at Saint Joseph's with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken into custody.
