2 Arrested In Shooting Death Of Powder Springs Man
Two people have been arrested in the death of a Powder Springs man, who was found clinging to life by Cobb police inside a home.

POWDER SPRINGS, GA -- Police have arrested two men in the fatal shooting of a Cobb County man, authorities said. Cobb police are still investigating the shooting, which took place Saturday inside a home in the 5100 block of Glendora Drive in Powder Springs.

The victim, identified as 20-year-old Dazel Johnson of Powder Springs was rushed to Wellstar South Cobb Hospital, where he later died, according to Cobb police spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce.
Cobb investigators were then contacted by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office officials, who told them about two possible suspects in the shooting, Pierce said. As a result, Cobb detectives were able to make two arrests in the case.

Cobb police took 24-year-old Mikal Reid of Douglasville and Ross Roberts, 25, also of Douglasville, into custody. The duo are charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery, police said.
