84-Year-Old Woman Punched In The Face, Robbed At Vinings Publix
The woman was robbed in broad daylight earlier this week, and police are asking for the public's help.
ATLANTA -- An 84-year-old woman was punched in the race and robbed in broad daylight this week in Vinings, and Cobb police are asking for the public's help in identifying the assailant. Police said the attack happened on Tuesday morning, June 4, in the Publix parking lot on Cumberland Parkway. Sondra Dillon's purse was then stolen by the suspect, only identified as a man, who then fled in a 2005 Toyota Camry.
The vehicle has extensive damage to the driver-side rear passenger door, and has a drive-out tag.
