The older brother of R&B singer Bobby Brown was allegedly speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol when Cobb police pulled him over this weekend on Interstate 20 and Riverside Parkway.
Tommy Carl Brown of Smyrna was arrested about 12:41 a.m. Saturday, according to online jail records. He was released from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center about 8:36 p.m. Saturday on a $1,300 bond.
TMZ, which broke the story, said it was not the first arrest for Tommy Brown. In March, he was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving on a suspended license and improper passing of an emergency/towing/highway vehicle.

Tommy Brown most recently appeared in The Houstons: On Our Own, a Lifetime reality series that showed how Whitney Houston's family dealt with the February 2012 death of the pop music icon.
Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston were married from 1992 to 2007.
