Four Wanted on Forgery, Theft Charges

Four people who allegedly presented fraudulent checks to Community & Southern Bank collected more than $3,600 in cash that they were not entitled to receive.
All of the alleged incidents of fraud took place at the bank's Riverwood Parkway branch and were captured on bank security cameras, according to arrest warrants.
Two of the incidents occurred on July 12 when Elijah Paul Foster of Atlanta allegedly cashed a check for $973.57 and Rashawn Kareem Hodge of Decatur cashed one for $893.57, according to warrants.
Two other cases occurred on July 16 when Hamza Smith of Lithonia and Sandy Eugene Smith of Atlanta cashed checks for $893.57 each.
None of the checks were authorized by the account holder, Gibson's Technical Services, according to arrest warrants for the suspects. Gibson's Technical Services, according to online records, is located in Canton.
The four suspects each face one count of fourth degree forgery and one count of theft by taking.
