In Loving Memory of Dank A. Barnes, 82

Dank A. Barnes, age 82 of Smyrna died Sunday October 25, 2015. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Lurline Barnes and his son, Michael A. Barnes. He is survived by, granddaughter, Destiny Gooden and her husband, Shane; sister, Marie Dishman, Crossville, TN; and 3 great grandchildren, Bryson, Alexus and Haley Gooden. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, November 1, 2015 in the Jonquil Chapel of Castellaw Funeral Home, 866 Church Street Smyrna, Georgia 30080 770-435-9038. The family will receive friends 12:30 pm until service time at the funeral home. He was a member of the American Legion Post 160 Smyrna and a United States Air Force Korean War Veteran. Castellaw Funeral Home and their staff is helping the family understand and walk thru their grief journey.
